Understanding of the user profiles was critical to the overall workflow. Retail customers not only have the ability to shop on-line but can also submit products for sale. Trade clients automatically receive discounted pricing when they log in and can preview & purchase products through a “sneak peek” module before the general public.
We developed a custom dashboard that allows customers to view not only past orders, wishlists and also items they have sold with the commissioned earned. Products not sold can be resisted or remove from the website easily by the customer. The sellers agreement process was also automated through an online form with e-signature integration.
An inventory management portal was developed for the client to review products for sale, create a product listings, automatically send seller acknowledgment emails and proposals, and finally sync to the website for sale to the public.
