540 built a web based application to manage registration and Faculty administration. Faculty Speakers are emailed invitations to speak at various sessions and can accept or reject these invitations through email or a customized dashboard. Faculty can then manage their own schedule and submit presentation materials for review. Attendees can register and pay online as well as view their own personal agenda for the event. Additional summary reposts and email notifications of faculty and attendee activity have been added. The system was development to significantly reduce the manual “by hand” processing the client was performing every year.
