Events Management Software Application

540 was tasked with developing a software application to manage a growing events business for SEBASS. They needed to move away from spreadsheet to a system that could manage onboarding new clients, event logistics and staff assignments. We created an application that allows the clients a single interface to manage all aspects of their business.

  • Event intake with dropdown selections for standardizing selections and analytics.
  • Event calendar in list view and month view
  • Employee management
  • Staff assignments
  • Emails invited to staff to confirm availability
  • Staff event reminder with location, call time and attire requirements
